Ingredients for 4 guests
* 2 sea breams (scaled and gutted)
* 1 big onion
* 0,8 lbs (400 ml) of coconut milk
* 2 teaspoons of curry powder
* Olive oil
Cooking
1. Preheat the ovent at 350°F (180°C / th.6).
2. Peel and slice the onion. Mix together coconut milk and curry. Add the onion to this mixture.
3. Oil a gratin dish. Put the sea breams in the dish.
4. Stuff the sea breams with the coconut milk combination and cover them with the remaining combination.
5. Put in the oven. Let cook during 20 minutes. Turn the sea breams over and let cook again during 10 minutes.
6. Serve and ... savour !

Remarque
This fish dish is not only delicious but also very simple to cook.
You can serve it with rice, semolina or streamed potatoes.
